Two Point Asset Allocation Plan
If you have a substantial sum of money to invest, conventional portfolio theory tells you to divide your investment across four asset classes; equities, property, fixed interest (bonds) and cash. You do this yourself, or more likely you place the money with one or more fund managers who do it for you, charging substantial fees in the process.
